We will prepare a tailored maintenance plan
"Because we know how things work and have extensive experience carrying out projects for public institutions such as schools and offices, we can afford to tailor each project to our clients' individual needs," explains Marek Volejníček from Umyjemto.
For example, when cleaning the facade of schools or kindergartens, it is no problem to plan maintenance well in advance for holiday periods, during which there is no risk of cleaning disrupting the running of the school.
How does the maintenance process work?
We gently clean the facade using hot water, low pressure and chemical agents. Washing is always followed by facade priming and the filling of hairline cracks using an effective filler. During facade maintenance, we always use the unique paint technology from Kabe Farben, which contains effective protective components. Thanks to the properties of these modern next-generation paints, we are able to protect your facade against organic contaminants for many years. To ensure that facade maintenance remains effective, we carry out a facade condition inspection every 3 years.

As needed, we then carry out a further facade cleaning every 5 to 8 years, during which we are able to effectively remove dust, smog, algae, moss and deposits from chimneys or kitchen vapours. To ensure that washing is effective, we always conclude maintenance with a fungicidal spray, which creates an effective barrier against the formation of various types of algae and mould.
