High-Access Cleaning and Washing of Cladding

Working at height is a service we provide wherever it is needed. Facade cleaning naturally involves the need to get above ladder height, to the upper floors of a family home or onto the roof of a neglected older building. By high-access cleaning we also mean the option to order facade washing on a panel building with 17 floors.

With the equipment we use, we can handle any building on site and reach a wide variety of heights. The most common method is an aerial work platform or the erection of smaller mobile scaffolding that can be dynamically moved in the required directions and to the required height.

For tall buildings, we reliably carry out cleaning using rope access techniques or suspended platforms, for which we are fully trained and certified.

High-access cladding washing is particularly useful for functionalist buildings that need brightening up and inspecting. High-access cleaning is the only way to wash the surfaces of tall, heavily soiled roofs, where moss cushions, leaves and carpets formed from accumulated airborne dust are frequently found.
