Over time, the facade of a family home fades, ages, and small cracks may appear. Once the paint starts to chalk, crumble, or the facade looks uneven and "tired," it's time for renovation.

To ensure that the new paint adheres well and lasts as long as possible, it is important to have the facade professionally washed before painting. The paint will then protect the facade again and restore the house to its fresh appearance.
