When is it appropriate to apply a new coat of paint to the facade?

The facades of commercial and public buildings are exposed to weather conditions and pollution from the surrounding environment over long periods of time. This results in gradual degradation of the surface layer, color changes, the formation of microcracks, or local damage to the plaster. A new facade coating restores the protective function of the surface and unifies the aesthetic appearance of the building.

We recommend repainting when the surface shows signs of chalking, flaking, increased absorbency, uneven coloration, or increased adhesion of dirt. From a technical point of view, it is necessary to professionally clean the facade before applying the coating to remove dirt and biological growth and create a suitable base for new layers.

We use certified Swiss facade paints with high resistance to
contamination, a self-cleaning effect, and long-term color stability. The coating also reduces the recurrence of algae and mold.

Providing basic information

To prepare a quote, we require the exact address of the property, the client's contact details (name, telephone number, email address), the contact details of the person responsible for the property (property manager, technician, operations manager, director, etc.) and, if possible, photographs of the facade, especially the most polluted or damaged areas. This information can be provided via chatbot, the contact form on the website, by email, or by phone.

A sales representative will contact you to arrange a meeting.

The authorized sales representative for the region will contact the client and arrange a date for an on-site inspection. We will assess the technical condition of the facade, the extent of contamination, access conditions, and the building's operating regime. We will perform a laser survey and determine the cleaning process, including safety measures.

We will prepare a non-binding offer free of charge

We will prepare a non-binding price quote free of charge and send it to your email address, usually within two business days. We will then explain the quote to you by phone. Facade coating as part of long-term building protection

Facade coating involves the restoration of the protective surface layer, which increases the facade's resistance to weathering, pollution, and biological attack. Timely coating restoration contributes to extending the life of the facade system and reducing the cost of future repairs.

We have been operating on the market since 2011 and are one of the longest-running specialized suppliers of facade work in the Czech Republic. Based on a technical assessment of the building, we determine whether cleaning is sufficient or whether it is appropriate to proceed with repainting, and we recommend the most technologically and economically effective option.

Before applying the coating, we perform contactless washing from our own platforms without the use of scaffolding. We remove surface contamination, algae, and mold and prepare the substrate for further layers. We apply the coating using airless technology with certified Swiss facade paints with high stability and resistance.
