In order for the roof of a commercial or public building to remain functional and safe in the long term, it requires regular maintenance. Dirt on the roof and in the gutter systems retains moisture, puts strain on the roofing, and accelerates its aging. If maintenance is postponed, drains can become clogged, water can accumulate, and leaks can occur in the building. That is why we offer professional cleaning of roofs and gutter systems – we remove moss, leaves, dust, and bird droppings.

We clean not only sloping roofs with tile or metal roofing, but also flat roofs, including foil systems such as Fatrafoil or Firestone. We always choose the procedure according to the type of material and condition of the roof so that the result is optimal and the roofing remains in good condition.

Thorough cleaning visibly cleans the roof, but above all, it extends its service life and reduces the risk of faults that could disrupt the operation of the building.

How does it work here?

Providing basic information

In order to prepare properly, we only need the exact address of the property, your contact details (name, telephone number, email address), the contact details of the person responsible for the property (property manager, technician, operations manager, director, etc.) and, ideally, a photo of the roof (especially the most polluted areas) along with brief information about the type of roofing or material. You can easily send us this information via our chatbot, contact form on the website, email, or phone—choose the method that suits you best.

2.

A sales representative will contact you to arrange a meeting.

The authorized sales representative for the region will contact the client and arrange a date for an on-site inspection. We will assess the technical condition of the facade, the extent of contamination, access conditions, and the building's operating regime. We will perform a laser survey and determine the cleaning process, including safety measures.

3.

We will prepare a non-binding offer free of charge

We will prepare a non-binding price quote free of charge and send it to your email address, usually within two business days. We will then explain the quote to you by phone. We respect the internal approval processes of companies and public organizations and, if necessary, we will supplement the work schedule with regard to the operation of the facility.

A dirty roof can endanger the entire building

Why is roof cleaning so important? It's not just a question of appearance. Clogged gutters and downspouts on commercial and public buildings do not drain water properly, causing it to accumulate, overflow, and run down the roof or facade, gradually damaging it. In addition, moss and other vegetation on the roof retain moisture, unnecessarily burden the roofing and structure, and accelerate its aging.

Moisture and microorganisms spread easily – often to the facade of the building, where they damage the surface and worsen the technical condition of the building. Regular roof cleaning and moss removal is therefore a simple preventive measure that protects the roof, facade, and long-term operation of the entire building.
