Why cleaning the facade is important

The facades of commercial and public buildings are constantly exposed to weather conditions and pollution from the surrounding environment. Smog, dust, atmospheric pollutants, and biological growth (algae, mold) gradually accumulate on the surface. These layers reduce the functionality of the facade system, accelerate its degradation, and worsen the overall appearance of the building. Regular facade cleaning is

preventive maintenance that:

  • restores the clean and uniform appearance of the building,
  • contributes to extending the service life of the original surface layers,
  • limits the rate of further pollution,
  • reduces the risk of premature repainting or repair of the facade system.

The assessment always includes an evaluation of the type of facade and the degree of contamination. In cases where washing is no longer technologically sufficient (especially for heavily degraded surfaces), we recommend subsequent repainting.

Providing basic information

To prepare a proposal, we require the exact address of the building, the client's contact details (name, telephone number, email address), the contact details of the person responsible for the building (administrator, technician, operations manager, director, etc.), and current photographs of the facade, ideally including the most heavily soiled areas. This information can be provided via chatbot, the contact form on the website, email, or by phone.

Technical assessment and site investigation

The authorized sales representative for the region will contact the client and arrange a date for an on-site inspection. We will assess the technical condition of the facade, the extent of contamination, access conditions, and the building's operating regime. We will perform a laser survey and determine the cleaning process, including safety measures.

3.

Preparation of a non-binding offer

We will prepare a non-binding price quote free of charge and send it to your email address, usually within two business days. We will then explain the quote to you by phone. We respect the internal approval processes of companies and public organizations and, if necessary, we will supplement the work schedule with regard to the operation of the facility.

Facade cleaning as standard building maintenance

Facade cleaning is an effective form of planned maintenance that keeps the surface functional and visually representative without the need for premature intervention in the facade system. Timely removal of dirt and biological growth significantly reduces the degradation of surface layers and contributes to the stable technical condition of the building.

We have been operating on the market since 2011 and are one of the longest-running specialized facade cleaning suppliers in the Czech Republic. Based on a technical assessment of the building, we determine the most suitable procedure with regard to the type of facade, the degree of contamination, and the operating conditions.

We perform cleaning contactlessly from our own platforms without the use of scaffolding. We use technology that is gentle on the facade surface and at the same time sufficiently effective in removing smog, dust, algae, and mold. The result is a significantly cleaner facade and an extended service life of the original
surface.
