About the program

As part of the Clean Facade program, you automatically receive the longest extended warranty on the market. Our clients can even count on a 13-year warranty on the facade coating of insulated facades. This allows them to plan all facade service expenses in advance and save significantly in the long term. A special feature of our 13-year warranty is a double guarantee, both from the manufacturer and supplier of paints, KABE FARBEN, and for the coating and washing of the facade by UMYJEMTO. Of course, we also provide warranty inspections of the facade condition during the warranty period. Our warranty is unique on the market in this respect. See below for how this works in practice.

How will this work in practice?

First, professionals from Umyjemto and a technician from Kabe Farben will arrive to conduct a detailed analysis of the condition of the facade.

If your facade is less than 20 years old, specialists will paint it, repair cracks, and fix minor damage. Then, using revolutionary Swiss technology, they will apply a filler to repair microcracks as well.

This will be followed by facade painting in accordance with the technological procedure specified by the paint supplier. After that, the condition of the facade will be checked every two years, and if anything appears to be wrong with the facade after washing or painting, you will receive a recommendation for a suitable solution as part of the ProgramCistaFasada.cz program.

Since no coating lasts indefinitely without subsequent care, we have prepared a timeline with a plan for the expected maintenance and care of the facade. To motivate clients to carefully follow the plan for effective facade care, we have decided to guarantee our prices for the entire duration of the program.
