When is it time for a new facade coat?

The facade of an apartment building ages over time – it fades, cracks in places, and cracks may appear that compromise its protective layer. A new coat of paint will restore the building's clean, uniform appearance and renew its protection.

We recommend renovation when the paint is chalking, crumbling, holding dirt, or the facade no longer looks intact. Weather, smog, and dust gradually weaken the surface. To ensure that the new coat of paint adheres well and lasts as long as possible, it is important to have the facade professionally washed before painting.

We use certified facade paints with high resistance to dirt, a self-cleaning effect, and long-term color stability, which makes the facade more resistant to mold and algae.
