Anti-Graffiti Coating

We apply anti-graffiti coating to all types of surfaces as protection against damage from markers and spray paints. This coating is particularly worthwhile on exposed locations and buildings with "attractive" smooth cladding, as well as on monuments and memorials, in underpasses and around railway stations, on newly painted facades in bright colours, and anywhere else where there is a risk of conflict between the property owner's sensibilities and urban youth culture.

Removing graffiti once it has already appeared is a process of fading the inscription to as thin a layer as possible while taking care not to damage the underlying render or cladding, followed by renovation — either by repainting the render with a cover paint or, in the case of marble and natural materials, the relatively costly process of surface mineralisation.

It is more advantageous to apply anti-graffiti protection before it becomes necessary to deal with the complex removal of graffiti from an unprotected surface, where the success rate — due to the high resistance of spray paints and the porosity of walls, renders and facades — ranges between 60 and 90 percent.

A protective anti-graffiti coating or spray can cover any building and surface to any height. While it cannot prevent spray paints and markers from drying on the surface in the future, it greatly simplifies facade cleaning — the treated surface can then be washed using ordinary cleaning products, water and friction, or a high-pressure cleaner, without the need for expensive chemicals.

The anti-graffiti coating is hydrophobic, repelling water, and provides excellent protection against ordinary environmental contamination as well.

The essence of the anti-graffiti system we use is a coating that remains on the building and does not disappear with the first wash. It provides long-term protection through an invisible non-stick layer applied to the substrate.
